  • Price your home strategically so you are competitive  with the current market and current price trends. We do this by analyzing recent comparable sales, current and expired listings  to determine the right listing price for your home.    

HIGHLIGHTING YOUR HOME'S BEST FEATURES

  •  Focus on your home's best features with the goal of making it appear as desirable as possible to the greatest number of buyers.
  • Suggest improvements and staging tips that make your home more attractive to buyers, and if required Angie will help you with this process, by providing a hands-on assistance to stage your home. We also can provide you, if required,  with our list of trusted service providers to assist you in any additional updating your home may need ie painters, landscapers, electrician, plumbers

  All of this is done to create that positive first impression of your home!

MARKETING YOUR HOME

  • Optimize your home's internet presence. Our professional photographer will take appealing pictures of your home and create a virtual tour to showcase  your home  placing it on  various on-line marketing websites, including u-tube. With these pictures we also create attractive Home Brochures and marketing materials.
  • Include your home on our Brokerage's Keller Williams Ottawa website, other Brokerage websites that have agreed to data sharing, and MLS®.
  • Promote our marketing to active real estate agents who specialize in selling homes in your neighbourhood.
  •  Host open houses to promote your property to prospective buyers and market those open houses.
  • Target active and qualified buyers and investors who are looking for homes in your price range and area.
  • Communicate updates with you detailing our marketing efforts, including comments from prospective buyers  and agents who have visited your home. 
  • Review market conditions every 2-4 weeks until your property is sold.

SALE AND CLOSING

  •  Negotiate the best price and terms for you using our wealth of experience, training and reputation.
  •  Keep you informed from the initial agreement to closing.
  • Arrange and monitor all post agreement activity, including property inspections, financing and legal issues
